Person-Centered Approach
HeartWerq is dedicated to creating safe spaces for persons to explore their own identities and work through the many obstacles that can come up in life. HeartWerq is a holistic and sex positive practice, focusing on the individual and their environment, rather than a pathology-informed approach. Here at HeartWerq we believe in the importance of self-empowerment, whether through providing psychotherapy, community spaces and events, or through continuing education and growth.
