Kristina Dutcher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to creating an affirming and supportive space for healing and growth. She welcomes clients of all backgrounds, embracing diversity, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

With a Masters of Social Work and a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, Kristina brings a diverse educational background that helps client’s bridge the mind-body gap. Her deep understanding of physiology, coupled with a passion for connecting physical and mental health issues, contributes to her holistic approach to therapy.

Kristina specializes in working with clients — both teens and adults — who are neurodivergent, in the LGBTQ+ community, experiencing trauma symptoms, and those with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. Her therapeutic approach is flexible, drawing from various therapeutic modalities incluing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, and Parts Work to meet client needs.

Kristina is a person-centered and systemically-oriented therapist and believes in the empowerment of clients as their own best experts. She builds a collaborative space to help clients identify and achieve their goals.

Kristina conducts all sessions virtually through telehealth. She is licensed to practice in Maryland.
