Daniel Muñoz is the Executive Assistant at HeartWerq, in charge of many of the administrative duties and behind the scenes work at the practice. Coming from a family of several nurses and health professionals, he prides himself on supporting the work of our clinicians and creating a welcoming space for all of our clients. His past activism with LULAC Lambda and involvements across DC queer spaces led him to work with us.

Daniel has a particular interest in nurturing and advocating for Latin American immigrants to the United States and their families, queer nightlife workers and entertainers, all sex workers, neurodiverse people, and those who have experienced religious fundamentalism and high-control religious environments. He enjoys making small talk in the office, as well as savoring quiet moments in the middle of the day.
